Say Yes To The Dress…Then Decorate!
CAN YOUR WEDDING DRESS REALLY INFLUENCE YOUR DECOR?
The popular TLC show, “Say Yes to the Dress”, goes behind-the-scenes at Kleinfeld’s bridal salon. The show reveals the challenges every staff member faces to make each bride utterly satisfied for the most important day of her life. You see the highs and lows each bride goes through to find her perfect wedding dress.
This week I was able to have my “Say Yes to the Dress” moment as I said YES to the wedding gown of my dreams.
We will have the big reveal later this year!
Finding the gown of your dreams can be stressful! To me, the wedding dress sets the tone of the wedding, whether it is a grand ballroom affair or a causal beach setting. It has to be perfect for each individual!
There are also so many types of silhouettes. A-line, ball gown and mermaid. The neckline can be halter, off-the-shoulder, one-shoulder, strapless, sweetheart or v-neck. Wedding dresses are made in so many types of fabrics including chiffon, cotton, lace, organza, satin, silk and tulle. They are all beautiful!
A wedding dress may be the most expensive garment many women will ever own. Don’t let all of the choices overwhelm you because when you, “Say Yes to the Dress”, it is a priceless moment that you will never forget!!
Today, for Friday Favorites, here are some others I admired and a challenge…can you name all the Mr. Bonds? A few are escorting these lovelies down the aisle because they know how to fill out a tux!
