We Spy With Our Designer Eye

Each Sunday we’ll share a design that caught our eye and we took some time to savor.  Designs that are a little different from the norm, like this one shared by Carolyn Pressly Interiors.  At first glance we see a black and white kitchen.  With a closer look, we see how utterly charming this home’s command central is!

• small TV mounted on the wall to watch a favorite cooking show while preparing a delicious meal

• unique countertops with black edge detail 
• small shelves below the upper cabinets access our everyday needs
• dual tier cake stand full of colorful fruit, the perfect colors to accent this black and white kitchen
• soft muted back splashes buck the trend of white subway tile
• two toned white walls with the skinniest of chair rail molding
• interesting soffit work that’s architecturally pleasing
• wavy decorative glass in the cabinet doors
